No, I am not talking about that conversation. Well, perhaps I am if you (or your kid) are ready for it. A few of these toys could serve that function, but mostly we are talking body in a more “hands-on squishy” or “learn-basic-facts” way.
3D Organ Apron
Kakiblan uses a polyester/cotton apron to introduce kids to their organs. The organs are printed on the apron, and approximately align with the location of a child’s organs. Obviously it will not be a perfect fit, but it is a innovate approach that gives children an approximate perspective.
On top of that, the organs themselves are attached via Velcro, and can be removed. Who wouldn’t want to handle one of these nine organs: trachea, esophagus, liver, kidney, stomach, lung, small intestine, large intestine.

Learning Resources Human Anatomy Bundle (Brain, Body, Heart, Skeleton)
This multi-item collection includes four miniature plastic models of the brain, heart, skeleton, and human body to help children gain a better understanding of how the different parts of the body interact with one another.
Or, you can just buy the skeleton on it’s own if that’s all you need.

Melissa & Doug Magnetic Human Body Anatomy Play Set
My daughter does not have this magnetic doll set, but in general, I can attest to just how much fun kids get out of these sets. The four or so sets we have picked up over the last couple years have gotten tons of use.
This set would be a great addition to her collection due its educational component: it helps kids visualize internal organs and bodily system (circular, muscular, and skeletal).

My Body Interactive Poster
This interactive poster is a great way for independent learners to guide themselves on a journey to learn more about their body.
The collection includes four different talking posters (approximately 16×22 inches) with brightly colored images and descriptions of four respective parts of the body (bones, muscles, organs, and general body).
Depending on the goals of that session, you can switch the posters between Learn and Quiz mode. Moreover, the quiz mode has two different modes to scaffold learning.

It also includes a 24-page illustrated book that guides kids through the body as a piece of pizza gets digested.
